Как связаться с Консульским Центром Кентукки
Ежегодная программа Diversity Visa (DV), называемая Лотерея Грин Кард, проводимая Государственным Департаментом США, находится в ведении Консульского Центра Кентукки (KCC) в Уильямсбурге, штат Кентукки.
После того, как вы узнали о выигрыше в DV Lottery на официальном сайте https://dvprogram.state.gov/ и отправили визовую форму DS-260 в системе Consular Electronic Application Center( CEAC ), дальнейшая обработка вашего дела будет осуществляться в Консульском Центре Кентукки.
Следить за продвижением обработки номеров выигрышей очередной DV-2021 вы можете в Визовом Бюллетене.
При возникновении вопросов по ситуации с обработкой ваших форм DS-260 или отправленных в КСС документов, вы можете использовать email KCC kccdv@state.gov или по телефону: 606-526-7500 (7:15 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. EST).
Отправили DS-260, но нет запроса документов
Если вы отправили визовую форму DS-260, ваш номер по Визовому Бюллетеню, стал CURRENT, или с момента отправки форм прошло более 2-х месяцев, рекомендуется отправить запрос о состоянии своего дела.
Пример запроса в КСС о состоянии кейса
Запрос должен быть отправлен с электронной почты Победителя Лотерее Грин Кард. Именно с той, которая была изначально указана в заявке на участие в Лотерее или DS-260.
В теме письма — укажите свой номер выигрыша. Например:Case number: 2021EU0001811
В шапке письма, указать:
Applicant name: IVANOV, IVAN
Case Number: 2021EU0001811
Date of Birth(MMDDYYYY): 07/18/1989 или July 18, 1989
Текст запроса произвольный. Можете использовать такой вариант:
Dear Officer!
On June 22, 2020, I sent DS-260 forms from myself and my family members. Please let me know if you have received our forms and what we should do next to continue processing immigration visas.

Your forms have been received and are currently processing. Allow several weeks for processing. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing. Once the Kentucky Consular Center has finished processing your DS-260, you will receive an email from the Kentucky Consular Center giving you instructions to complete in order for your case to continue processing.

Congratulations on your selection for the 2021 Diversity Visa program!
Please read this email and carefully follow the instructions listed in order to have your application processed as quickly as possible.
You should review the list of required documents for processing below and send those to KCC to review as part of your application package, along with completing your DS-260. You will only be scheduled for interview at an overseas consular post after you have completed your DS-260 and submitted all documents required for your case and your visa rank number has become current.
All documents should be submitted as attachments to your email to ensure they are properly received. We ask that you use the following method to name and attach your files:
- Your DV case number;
- The full name of the applicant whose document you scanned; and
- The document name or form number.
For example:
2021AF00938653_John_Doe_Passport.pdf
2021AF00938653_Jane_Doe_Birth_Certificate.pdf Use your case number as the subject of the email. The maximum email size is 30MB. If the total size of your attachments is larger than 30MB, send multiple emails using your case number as the subject of each email. Please send your documents for KCC review only after you have collected all of the required documents for yourself and all accompanying family members.

Если вложений нет, автоответчик объясняет, что к письму не прилагаются никакие документы. Если есть вложения, автоответчик объясняет, что мы получили ваше письмо и в настоящее время обрабатываем ваши документы. Пожалуйста, выделите время на обработку Ваших документов. Congratulations! Our records indicate that you have submitted all documentation required by the Kentucky Consular Center and are ready to be scheduled for an interview when your case number becomes current. Interviews are scheduled numerically based on case numbers that have completed processing.
Interviews for the DV 2020 program are currently suspended. You can find out more about this suspension at travel.state.gov. All DV 2021 interviews must be concluded by September 30, 2021. Please refer to the visa bulletin at travel.state.gov to locate the current numbers being processed. This bulletin is updated after the 15th day of each month. Once an interview date has been scheduled, you will receive notification via email listed on your DS-260 to check dvlottery.state.gov.
If your case becomes current and you have not received notification to check dvlottery.state.gov, please contact KCCDV@state.gov to confirm all of your documents have been received, and you are ready to be scheduled for an interview.
